As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a EHS Technician to join our Environment, Health \& Safety team. **EHS Technician** ------------------ The EHS Technician is responsible for providing support to the Environment, Health & Safety department, contributing to compliance with legal, corporate, and management system requirements, as well as to the continuous improvement of processes and departmental performance. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation and monitoring of safety, health, and environmental programs. * Coordinate Gemba Walks and safety inspection activities. * Administer Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and Safety Trigger programs. * Conduct risk assessments for chemicals and machinery. * Participate in incident and accident investigations. * Manage procurement requests, quotations, and area suppliers. * Coordinate internal training and support external training initiatives. * Conduct contractor onboarding and induction. * Monitor compliance with corporate and legal standards. * Support the management of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001\. * Maintain control over performance and compliance indicators for the department. * Develop procedures and supporting documentation. ### **Required Profile:** * Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related degree. * 1–3 years of experience in EHS or related fields. * Knowledge of NOM-STPS regulations. * Familiarity with ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 management systems. * Proficiency in Office and SAP. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2–C2\) ### **Key Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Organization and planning. * Collaborative teamwork. * Analytical ability. * Adaptability. * Commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
