You will be responsible for generating creative and strategic content to strengthen the digital presence of our brands, ensuring consistently engaging and relevant communication across social media, campaigns, and events. This is a highly operational and dynamic role, involving frequent on-site presence at restaurants and events—shooting content, covering activations, and collaborating closely with marketing teams, agencies, and vendors to authentically and visually convey the essence of each brand. **Position Objective:** To generate creative and strategic content that strengthens the digital presence and positioning of our brands through event coverage, audiovisual production, content editing, and monthly planning for social media and marketing campaigns. **What will you do in this role?** * Create audiovisual content for campaigns and social media. * Cover and record special events and activations. * Edit videos, photographs, and materials for digital marketing. * Support digital advertising campaigns. * Develop creative proposals and content trends. * Plan monthly content in collaboration with the marketing team. * Coordinate and follow up with content and advertising agencies. * Participate in creative meetings and idea generation. * Produce internal content for various brands and locations. * Support the visual promotion of events and brand experiences. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Production, Visual Arts, Video Production, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or social media. * Experience in food and beverage, restaurants, or advertising agencies is preferred. * Proficiency in video and photo editing software. * Knowledge of Photoshop and basic design tools. * Understanding of current social media trends. * Highly creative, dynamic, and proactive individual. * Availability for event coverage and occasional travel. **Key Competencies:** * Creativity and innovation. * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Visual communication and storytelling. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * 5% savings fund * Professional development Location: San Pedro Garza García Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
