Job Summary: We are seeking a Designer Analyst for a cadastral and property modernization project, focused on business process analysis, design, documentation, and collaboration on technical solutions. DESIGNER ANALYST – CADASTRAL AND PROPERTY SYSTEMS We are looking for a Designer Analyst with strong technical and process-oriented expertise for an important cadastral and property modernization project. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and document business processes and cadastral and property transaction workflows. Design workflows and business rules aligned with modern architectures. Develop functional requirements, flowcharts (BPMN), use cases, and detailed specifications. Collaborate closely with architecture and development teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions. Design workflow operations in microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes environments. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Process Designer. Advanced English (fluent reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory). Solid database knowledge (SQL, data modeling). Experience in workflow and business process design (BPMN, UML). Required technical knowledge: Microservice architectures Docker Kubernetes Desirable experience in cadastral, property, or public administration management projects.
