Esta posición es de lunes a viernes. **What you will do** **Work Order Queue Management** * Review work order requests in the queue and respond to work orders meeting committed timeframes * Escalate and expedite orders to the appropriate team according to standard operating procedures; supervision is required to escalate requests that do not follow standard procedures * Ensure compliance with committed timeframes within standard operating procedures * Maintain detailed written records of all work activities * Update local asset databases and other systems **Installations** * Mount and organize customer equipment according to semi-routine orders * Support infrastructure installations within cages following standard operating procedures for installations, which may include: fiber trays, ladder racks, customer equipment and cabinets; cage installations for mesh and overhead cable trays **Cross-Connects** * Support work order requests for cross-connects in the data center (installations, terminations, modifications and testing) * Ensure standard operating procedures are followed in cable management: coaxial, fiber, copper twisted pair and internal connections * Learn how to install cross-connect circuits **Testing / Troubleshooting** * Support standard testing and installation of customer assets * Support Layer 1 cross-connect certification testing according to standard operating procedures * Learn non-standard testing, such as Layer 2 and Layer 3 testing, under supervision **Stakeholder Collaboration** * Support the operations and security team during breaks or other activities, when needed * Support standard tasks and provide backup assistance to team members when needed **Customer Management** * Support customer satisfaction by meeting execution requirements on time * Deliver high service levels and excellent customer experience during interactions * Provide support regarding time expectations for new deployments and existing modifications, following standard operating procedure guidelines * Support customers on site through access control and escort services Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
