We combine the precision of technology with the power of emotion so your brand leaves an indelible impression on people. **Profile** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. · **Experience:** Previous roles involving graphic design, branding, events, activations, digital content, creative presentations, social media, and contemporary visual culture. · **Tools Proficiency:** Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Keynote / PowerPoint. · **Skills:** Proactivity, adaptability, speed, consistent collaboration, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, frustration tolerance. **Position Objective** Support the creative cell in the visual and graphic development of proposals and projects for the agency, actively participating in creative processes and learning the agency’s conceptual and experiential development dynamics. **Responsibilities:** * Support the graphic and visual development of proposals. * Design creative materials and presentations. * Develop layouts and adapt materials. * Generate visual references and moodboards. * Support branding and graphic systems. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative processes. * Collaborate with the Creative Director and Art Director. * Organize visual files and materials. * Refine and develop graphic deliverables. * Learn the agency’s creative processes and methodologies. **Compensation** * Salary commensurate with experience and profile. * Bonus scheme linked to successful pitches/projects won. * Genuine opportunity for growth within the agency.
