Job Summary: We are seeking an automotive inspector to supervise the quality of repaired vehicles, conducting road tests, verifying aesthetics, and managing rejections. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the technical and functional inspection of vehicles. 2. Responsibility for vehicle configuration and delivery to the customer. 3. Management of feedback to technicians and verification of repairs. **\-Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Senior Technician, or equivalent training. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. * Work location: BYD ATIZAPAN (Galerías Atizapán). * Valid driver's license and proficiency in operating both manual and automatic transmissions. **\-Responsibilities:** **Technical and Functional Inspection** * **Road Test:** Drive the vehicle to verify that noises, vibrations, or faults reported by the customer have been resolved. **Aesthetic and Delivery Inspection** * **Cleaning Protocol:** Ensure the vehicle has no grease stains on the steering wheel, seats, or bodywork, and that plastic/paper protective covers have been removed. * **Customized Configuration:** Confirm that the customer's mirror, seat, and radio station memory settings have not been altered. **Rejection Management** * **Feedback to Technician:** If the vehicle fails inspection, return it to the work bay with a clear explanation of missing items or unresolved issues. * **Findings Report:** Notify the Service Advisor if a new fault—unlisted in the original repair order—is detected, so it can be communicated to the customer. * **Repair Order Verification:** Cross-check that every item billed on the invoice was actually performed (e.g., if tire rotation was charged, verify it was carried out). * **System Scanning:** Use diagnostic tools (scanner) to ensure no active fault codes (DTCs) remain after repair. **\-We Offer:** * **Monthly gross salary of $9,965 plus bonus** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings fund and credit union * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm * Punctuality and attendance bonus **\*\*\*Interested candidates must apply through this channel\*\*\*** or send CV to recursoshumanos2@grupoautomundo.com Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,965.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
