Your mission will be to bring the brand to life, connect with our community, and manage content that truly makes an impact. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and publish engaging content on **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok**, and other platforms. * Manage messages, comments, and follow-ups with potential customers. * Design and coordinate the **content calendar** together with the marketing team. * Analyze engagement, reach, and growth metrics, proposing continuous improvements. * Identify **trends**, especially on TikTok, and adapt them to the brand. * Collaborate with the Digital Trafficker on paid campaigns. * Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. * Coordinate and communicate effectively with **external agencies**. * Work collaboratively in teams and lead content projects when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * **More than 1 year of experience working with marketing or advertising agencies.** * 1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager. * Demonstrable proficiency and experience with **TikTok** (content creation, trends, analytics). * Experience in digital advertising. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Hootsuite, or similar tools. * Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop). * Excellent writing ability, creativity, and strategic thinking. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead projects. * Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented mindset. **We Offer** * **Monthly gross salary of $16,000–$20,000** (based on experience) * Training in digital marketing. * Genuine career growth within a company expanding nationwide. * Excellent work environment. * On-site work.
