




Job Description We are looking for a highly proactive and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with sales experience and exceptional communication skills. Your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings with potential clients. This position is key to driving company growth and opening new business opportunities. Main Responsibilities * Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.). * Contact and maintain effective communication with prospects to understand their needs and generate interest in our products/services. * Qualify leads according to established criteria and prepare necessary information for the sales team to follow up. * Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team. * Achieve and exceed monthly targets for opportunity generation and meetings. * Keep the CRM updated with accurate client and prospect information. * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize prospecting strategies. Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, prospecting, or business development (B2B experience preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. * Intermediate to advanced English knowledge (able to communicate via calls and emails). * Proactivity, energy, and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented with the ability to work towards clear objectives. * Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
