Job Description: ServiceMaster Mexico is currently seeking talent to join our team as an Asset Protection Assistant, providing administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring document control, incident tracking, and handling of internal processes. We seek an organized, analytical individual with a strong sense of confidentiality, oriented toward compliance and process follow-up. Main Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Asset Protection department. Control and safeguard files, reports, and confidential information. Prepare departmental reports and performance indicators. Track personnel-related incidents. Manage and follow up on labor lawsuits and administrative legal matters. Support union liaison and follow-up activities. Maintain databases, logs, and internal documentation. Follow up on pending items with various internal departments. Respond to administrative requests from management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (intern or graduate). Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, legal assistant, or similar role. Knowledge of administrative controls and document tracking. Preferred experience in labor matters, unions, or litigation. Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
