Analyze and document computing processes and resources. Evaluate and mediate the performance of current infrastructure. Analyze, measure, and compare current time metrics. Scanner calibration. Validate physical connections. Conduct user testing. Configure equipment for the production area. Punch network cables and place them according to requirements. What do you need? Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems or Computer Science. Experience: 2 years in technical support. Familiarity with similar positions.
