We are looking for **YOUR TALENT**, as a **PROJECT MANAGER**, for **Jardines del Moral, 37160 León de los Aldama, Gto**. **5-month project**. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure project milestone compliance through daily monitoring of critical work items. * Certify that executed construction progress matches required quality standards for approval of payment applications and valuations. * Coordinate short-term logistics and activities (2–3 weeks) to mitigate downtime and ensure timely supply of critical materials. * Implement recovery strategies for deviations to guarantee delivery on the agreed contractual date. * Lead contractor integration to optimize workflow and avoid on-site interferences. * Resolve spatial conflicts among installations in real time, ensuring technical feasibility without affecting design. * Manage Technical Inspection (ITO) observations, ensuring immediate correction of non-conformities before work item closure. * Analyze change orders or modifications technically and economically, protecting the budget from unjustified cost overruns. * Ensure strict compliance with the client’s safety policy, auditing work permits, risk analyses, and PPE usage. * Supervise arrival and installation of critical equipment (UPS, HVAC, furniture) to minimize storage risks and on-site damage. * Maintain high-standard levels of order and cleanliness, critical for personnel safety and protection of premium finishes. * Lead office “commissioning” (verify HVAC, fire suppression, lighting, and network systems operate as an integrated whole). * Guarantee 100% delivery of aesthetic and technical details without observations. **WHAT DO WE VALUE?** * **REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineering degree in Civil, Architecture, Electromechanical, or related fields (degree certificate and professional license). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction and electromechanical projects. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Personal protective equipment (PPE). * Direct employment by OCA Global Mexico.
