Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Engineer in photovoltaic projects to lead execution, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and safety while coordinating teams and clients. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the execution of commercial and industrial photovoltaic projects. 2. Ensure project compliance with respect to schedule, quality, and safety. 3. Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and clients. We Are Looking For: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineer, or related field. Willingness to travel occasionally. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or advanced Excel. Technical knowledge of commercial and industrial photovoltaic systems (AC/DC, inverters, stringing, conduits, electrical protection). (Desirable) Knowledge of interconnection processes with CFE. Objective: Lead the execution of commercial and industrial photovoltaic projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and safety from planning through project closeout, while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and clients. Responsible for project planning, monitoring, and closeout; coordinating internal teams and contractors; maintaining effective communication with the client; and promptly identifying technical or progress deviations. Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Develop the project plan, including scope definition, activity breakdown, detailed schedule, project budget (logistics, materials, and additional resources), responsible parties, and key milestones. 2. Supervise quality control of materials and services upon receipt and delivery, monitor project budget adherence to the initial plan, and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and compliance with quality standards. 3. Keep clients, senior management, and stakeholders informed about project progress. 4. Prepare periodic project status reports and final project documentation. 5. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and identify opportunities for improvement in project execution and management.
