Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production operations. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of production schedules. Lead and motivate operational staff, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. Identify and resolve operational incidents and team conflicts. Monitor production and quality performance indicators. Prepare production reports and analyses using Excel. Implement continuous improvements in processes and operational efficiency. Requirements: Prior experience as a production supervisor or production team leader. Education in Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred). Leadership and operational staff management skills. Problem-solving ability and decision-making capacity. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
