Requirements: • High school graduation certificate • Availability to rotate shifts • Letters of recommendation from most recent employers Experience and Knowledge: • Experience as a production operator, operating tools, machines, and/or equipment in manufacturing plants. • Experience as an assistant in any production area process. • Experience as an operator at a Wastewater Treatment Plant. Offered: • Competitive weekly salary of $1,800.00 M.N. Four consecutive workdays followed by four consecutive days off. The shift rotation schedule is as follows: On the 1st and 2nd days of the shift, working hours are from 7:45 a.m. to 8:20 p.m.; on the 3rd and 4th days of the shift, working hours are from 7:45 p.m. to 8:20 a.m. After this work cycle, four consecutive days off follow. • This shift rotation results in some weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) being fully worked or fully off, while other weekends involve working one day and having the other day off. • Attendance at the department’s weekly meeting every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. • The plant operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. • After the 90-day probation period, additional benefits beyond statutory requirements are offered: a) Savings fund b) 30-day Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) c) 40% vacation bonus d) Life insurance for the employee e) Only $25.00 is charged for meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinner remain free for the employee.
