We believe in a respectful, collaborative, and impact-driven work environment. · Job Objective Define, manage, and control process variables to ensure compliance with standards, thereby achieving quality, productivity, efficiency, and performance of the assigned business unit’s processes. Lead, manage, implement, execute, and evaluate strategic projects that support the competitiveness of our offered products, using applicable management tools, project management methodologies, and continuous improvement techniques. · Key Responsibilities Execution of tools, action follow-up, technical support, definition of standards. Reporting on implementation progress and control of VCP and VCC; proposing process projects and improvements focused on achieving the business unit’s defined objectives. Support in analysis and improvement tools through coordination with P&P engineers for each plant process area. Support, approval, and joint definition of projects and improvements. Definition of equipment installation, tracking of failure reports and quotations. · Desired Profile Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 3–5 years in the field. Key Tools: Lean Manufacturing, ISO Standards, Safety Regulations, Process Mapping, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Daily Management, LPA, Problem Analysis and Resolution, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, OEE, Project Management, SAP, Costing, Statistical Process Control, Standardized Work, PDCA/SDCA Improvement Cycle, Minitab.
