Handling various administrative personnel tasks JOIN THE PETROFIGUES FAMILY ***PAYROLL ANALYST*** We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Payroll Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting payroll management and processing, ensuring all employees receive their payments accurately and on time. Requirements - Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position - Payroll system experience preferred; Contpaq knowledge desirable - Ability to manage multiple legal entities simultaneously - Experience managing a staff roster of at least 15 people - Knowledge of IMSS-INFONAVIT - Intermediate Excel skills Responsibilities: - Receive, validate, and file personnel movements and incidents for payroll application - Support affiliation movement requests (hires, terminations, salary modifications) - Personnel assistance - Analyze pre-payroll, calculations, and payments weekly - Manual calculations (vacation bonuses, severance payments, liquidations, overtime, Sunday premiums, holiday pay, bonuses, etc.) - Prepare and send documents related to the department - Support INFONAVIT credit reviews - Support IMSS contribution issuance reviews - Reconcile IMSS-INFONAVIT reports - Support maintaining updated HeadCount and weekly reports - Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll - Support implementation of payroll process improvements - Manage and deliver or send payroll slips Benefits - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with schedule flexibility required on payroll closing days - Location: Cerrito Colorado, Querétaro (On-site employment) - Monthly salary: $15,000.00 - Statutory benefits - Excellent work environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Keywords: analyst, sueldo, paga, retribucion, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, nominista
