Maintenance Execution: Perform and resolve daily corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment operation. Equipment Monitoring: Conduct daily inspections of assigned area equipment to proactively identify and address potential failures. Fault Diagnosis: Identify and track machinery faults, applying technical knowledge to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures in control and power systems. Operational Management: Safely and efficiently operate boilers, autoclaves, mobile equipment, aerial work platforms, and forklifts. Electrical Maintenance: Maintain electrical substations and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaborative Work: Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability, ensuring operational continuity. Technical Interpretation: Interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals to perform precise repairs and adjustments. Performance Optimization: Adjust, calibrate, and commission industrial equipment to maintain optimal performance. Travel Availability: Minimal travel; primarily on-site work. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Experience in operation and maintenance of boilers and autoclaves. Ability to diagnose complex faults and propose effective solutions. · Desirable: Experience with industrial hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of hydraulic presses. Familiarity with paint booths and shot blasting. Experience operating overhead cranes and electric motors of various power ratings. Why Join Weir?
