Job Summary: Coordinate the collection of special-handling waste and schedule transportation routes, as well as administer supplier relationships for raw materials. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with suppliers nationwide Monthly Salary: 12,000 FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Identify the available fleet of vehicles 2. The collection frequency requested by waste suppliers handling Special-Handling Waste (dust, strips, scrap, and tires). 3. The collection scheduling request for tire piles submitted by Vitalizadora el Triunfo. 4. Weekly scheduling of finished product deliveries from Revan and Vit. El Triunfo. (Sent each weekend) 5. Requests from Production and/or Warehouse to dispatch materials to final disposal sites (e.g., Asistencia Ambiental and Cementos Fortaleza) 6. Confirmation calls, which indicate the actual availability of material for collection. Notify route schedules in writing daily via the 'Route Sheet' to van and trailer operators to carry out their assigned routes. (ADMINISTRATIVE) 1. Identify the Special-Handling Waste we collect: shavings, strips, tire scrap, and whole tires. Know the national raw material suppliers we serve, including their locations, collection frequencies, purchase prices, and other supplier-related information essential for service delivery and collection scheduling, all registered in the Raw Materials Supplier Directory. 3. Forward supplier contact information—or updates thereof—to the Purchasing Department via email. 4. Visit raw material suppliers upon request.
