Primary contact point for technical issues on the production line We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team at Madroño Pallets. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in pallet manufacturing. Your role will be critical to the development and maintenance of production systems, as well as to the implementation of continuous improvements. We need someone with a solid background in industrial engineering, experience in managing productive processes, and knowledge of manufacturing technologies. You must demonstrate proven ability to analyze and resolve technical problems, as well as to work collaboratively and lead improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing production processes, supervising production teams, managing suppliers, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely order delivery.
