**Position Purpose:** To operate the backhoe loader safely and efficiently to carry out loading, unloading, hopper feeding, material handling, and yard or grinding area cleaning tasks, contributing to the continuous flow of raw materials in the production process, following the company's established guidelines on safety, quality, and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Equipment operation:** * Operate the backhoe loader to load and unload materials such as sands, carbonates, cement, filler, among others. * Supply hoppers, mills, and silos with raw materials according to the production plan. * Perform material transfer maneuvers in yards, storage areas, and the grinding zone. * **Basic preventive maintenance:** * Check oil, antifreeze, diesel, hydraulic fluid levels, and tire pressure before the start of the shift. * Promptly report any mechanical failure or anomaly detected. * Keep the cab and equipment clean at the end of the shift. * **Safety compliance:** * Operate the machine respecting safe zones, speed limits, and designated routes. * Wear complete and up\-to\-date personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to the supervisor. * **Operational support:** * Collaborate with the grinding team in organizing the raw material yard. * Participate in general cleaning tasks or provide support to maintenance when required. * Ensure proper material placement to prevent cross\-contamination. * **Recordkeeping and control:** * Maintain a daily log of operating hours, fuel consumption, and completed movements. * Sign and submit equipment inspection reports at the end of each shift. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary school or technical high school (desirable). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years operating backhoe loaders or heavy machinery in industrial, mining, or construction environments. * **Knowledge:** * Safe operation of heavy machinery. * Basic backhoe loader maintenance. * Bulk material handling and yard management. * **Licenses and certifications:** * Valid heavy machinery or internal operator license. * DC\-3 (STPS) certification in backhoe loader operation (desirable).
