Join our team as: **SALES COORDINATOR** **Objective:** To administratively ensure achievement of sales targets by coordinating sales force activities and ensuring proper sales operations at assigned offices or sales points. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Excellent service attitude and results orientation **Responsibilities:** * Post roles in visible locations with at least 3 days’ advance notice. * Review and analyze the daily Master report. * Review the monthly subdivision plan jointly with Marketing. * Weekly meeting with advisors to review important announcements, Master report, weekly results, weekly topic, and new commitments. * Daily advisor performance metrics: results, prospects, walk-ins, sales, and closings. * Sales area image review (ensuring all areas are in perfect condition: sales booth, model homes, playgrounds, offices, etc.). **Our Value Proposition:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: grocery vouchers, life insurance, savings fund, credit union, attendance bonus, major medical expense insurance, among others. * Career development opportunities.
