A reputable company with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector as residential developers is looking for your talent as a **PROJECT ARCHITECT** **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Degree Required) * Minimum proven experience of 2 years in developing executive housing projects. * Advanced proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign); Microsoft Office Suite **Job Responsibilities** * Support timely and accurate development of various projects. * Design and development of conceptual, architectural, and executive projects. * Drafting of technical drawings, presentations, diagrams, sketches, bulletins, etc. * Review of executive project documentation per Internal Project Regulations. * Tracking of drawing revisions according to on-site changes and recommendations. * Basic knowledge of building codes and minimum habitable area requirements. * General criteria for installations and structural systems. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary range: MXN 14,000 to 16,000. * Statutory benefits. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT AN UPDATED RESUME AND PORTFOLIO** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Experience: * PROJECT ARCHITECT: 2 years (Mandatory) * AutoCAD: 3 years (Mandatory) * SketchUp: 3 years (Mandatory) * Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Mandatory) * Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Mandatory) * Adobe InDesign: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
