Opportunity to grow with a high-performing real estate company **Executive Real Estate Assistant to CEO** *Support a Fast\-Moving Real Estate Investment \& Sales Operation* We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Executive Real Estate Assistant to directly support the CEO of a growing real estate company. This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, communicates professionally, and can manage multiple moving parts at once. The position will primarily assist with real estate transactions, deal coordination, and executive support. There is strong potential for this role to evolve into a dedicated personal/executive assistant position for the CEO over time. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the CEO with real estate transactions and deal coordination * Communicate with title companies, lenders, agents, vendors, and clients * Coordinate emails, follow\-ups, and transaction timelines * Prepare contracts, addendums, disclosures, and real estate documents * Send e\-signature requests and manage digital document workflows * Track deadlines, contingencies, and important transaction milestones * Manage scheduling, meetings, appointments, and calendar organization * Organize and prioritize texts, calls, emails, and daily communications * Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate data entry * Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and team Preferred Experience: * Prior real estate transaction coordination experience * Familiarity with Follow Up Boss (FUB) or similar CRM platforms * Experience with SkySlope, Dotloop, or MLS systems * Strong email management and communication skills * Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly * Experience supporting executives or managing calendars is a major plus Qualifications: * Previous real estate experience required * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and anticipate needs * Detail\-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines effectively * Professional, reliable, and solutions\-focused mindset This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow alongside a high\-performing real estate company and take on increasing responsibility over time.
