




Job Summary: You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising workshop operations and field technical services, ensuring quality and compliance with established standards. Customer service and specialized technical consulting You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising workshop operations and field technical services, ensuring that work is performed on time, in the correct manner, and to established quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: *Workshop and Services Management Plan, coordinate, and schedule technical services in the workshop and in the field. Supervise adherence to work scheduling. Authorize equipment entry into the workshop. Supervise technical inspections of equipment prior to delivery. *Technical Team Leadership Coordinate and supervise technical staff. Assign tasks based on priorities and workload. Monitor field technicians and ensure service compliance. Conduct follow-up and feedback meetings. Administrative Control and Reporting Supervise service orders and record hours worked. Generate productivity reports, completed services reports, and team performance reports. Present operational results in follow-up meetings. * Customer Service Support diagnosis of complex technical failures. Follow up on incidents reported by customers. Support the sales department with technical consulting. What We Are Looking For *Education Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degree. *Experience 3–5 years in forklift or industrial machinery maintenance. Experience leading technical teams. Experience in equipment diagnosis and repair. *Knowledge Hydraulic, combustion, electrical, and mechanical systems of forklifts. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Service order and spare parts management.
