Handling cases with vendors and Microsoft We are seeking a professional with experience in Windows environments to provide remote support and vulnerability management. **Conditions:** * Work mode: Remote * Working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * Midweek break (weekends work required) **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of Wintel support experience * Experience with Windows Server 2012 to 2019 or later * Vulnerability management and remediation (Windows Server, IIS, Java, etc.) * Hardware experience, opening and tracking cases with vendors * Case handling with Microsoft * Installation of fixes (Tanium, vCenter, etc.) * ServiceNow usage for change control * Strong familiarity with diverse technologies * Diagnosis and analysis for vulnerability remediation Work location: Remote employment
