Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in supervising daily operations, coordinating personnel, and ensuring warehouse processes. Key Highlights: 1. Application of FIFO/FEFO principles and inventory control. **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR.** ***Requirements:*** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: 3 years in a similar position. * Knowledge: SAP, picking control, loading/unloading, FIFO, LIFO, inventories. * Forklift operation. * Personnel management. * Residence near the area. ***Skills:*** * Initiative * Dynamism * Strong organizational ability * Decision-making capability and judgment * Good interpersonal relationship skills * Teamwork ability ***Responsibilities:*** * Supervise daily warehouse operations during your shift. * Coordinate activities of assistants, forklift operators, verifiers, and carriers. * Ensure correct execution of processes: receiving, picking, replenishment, and shipping. * Validate documentation (purchase orders, transfers, vouchers, batches, expiration dates). * Apply FIFO / FEFO principles according to product type. * Control storage conditions (temperature, order, cleanliness). * Identify and report incidents (shortages, damages, deviations). * Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards. * Support and execute cycle counts and validate inventories. * Guarantee proper stacking, handling, and preservation of products. * Coordinate with traffic and production departments regarding shift priorities. ***We Offer:*** * Base Salary: $15,200 * Savings fund. * Savings box. * Attendance bonus. * Vacation bonus: 30% * Thirteenth-month bonus: 20 days. * Free uniform. * Bereavement assistance. * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Transportation. * Free cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Direct employment contract. * Rotating 3-shift schedule, 8 hours per shift. * Work location: El Trébol, Tepotzotlán.
