Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B sales professional with experience in construction, industry, or paints to build lasting relationships, analyze the market, prospect, and generate successful projects. We seek someone who does not merely sell, but also analyzes the market, prospects with vision, and generates successful projects. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and/or field sales (construction sites, industry, projects) Experience in prospecting and closing deals Management of commercial KPIs Experience (MANDATORY) in construction, industry, or paints · As part of our team, you will be responsible for: Learning and mastering our point-of-sale (POS) system. Prospecting and acquiring new customers in the field, while strengthening existing relationships. Analyzing business needs to offer optimal solutions. Designing and executing effective visit routes. Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential customers. Developing comprehensive projects that demonstrate the value of our COMEX solutions. · What We Offer: Base salary Uncapped commissions! Your effort translates directly into your earnings.
