Recording and updating trip status. Continuous communication with drivers for progress reports. Support in managing highway incidents (delays, breakdowns, diversions). Data entry into internal systems and daily reporting. Coordination with customers and internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries. **Requirements** Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field. Minimum experience: 6 months to 1 year in logistics or traffic (preferred). Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
