Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Test Analyst with strong attention to detail to verify functionalities, document defects, and collaborate within the team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a proactive, analytical individual with exceptional attention to detail to join our technology team as a Test Analyst. Prior experience in this role is not required; however, a solid logical foundation, the ability to communicate ideas clearly, and curiosity about how software works internally are essential. Responsibilities Test Execution: You will learn to follow step-by-step instructions (test cases) to verify that new website functionalities work correctly. Bug Documentation: Report any issues found in writing and visually (screenshots/videos), explaining simply how you encountered the error. Logical Modeling: Assist in creating flowcharts to understand the user journey within the platform and anticipate potential errors. Database Validation: Learn to perform basic queries to confirm that information is stored correctly in the system. Collaboration: Actively communicate your questions and findings with the development team to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards. Desired Profile (Skills and Aptitudes) Logical Thinking: Ability to understand step-by-step processes and represent them using flowcharts (even at a basic level). Written Communication: Excellent writing and spelling skills to create reports understandable by any team member. Technical Curiosity: Interest in learning about the web environment, specifically how PHP and MySQL interact in a WordPress site. Attention to Detail: Being the person who notices errors others overlook (spelling mistakes, misaligned buttons, slow processes). Basic Requirements Theoretical knowledge of algorithms and databases.
