Here are the requirements: Education: Completed high school (verifiable) / Technical Superior University Degree (TSU) Responsibilities: • Managing a small workforce • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Training newly hired personnel (100% physical work) • Maintaining attendance records and tracking absenteeism • Monitoring workplace accidents • Managing performance indicators Proactive, dynamic, and enjoys interacting with personnel.
