




Job Summary: Provides on-site and remote technical support to ensure the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure, performing equipment maintenance and installation. Resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 incidents Technical Support Technician (On-site - Querétaro) Location: Querétaro (On-site support) Schedule: Full-time (6x1 work schedule: 1 day off per week) Objective Ensure the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure by providing technical support to users and facilities both on-site in Querétaro and remotely. What You Will Do: • Provide on-site technical support and remote assistance using LogMeIn. • Install, maintain, and organize structured cabling and security camera (CCTV) cabling. • Configure, install, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computer equipment, peripherals, and printers. • Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents via a ticketing system. • Configure operating systems (Windows/macOS) and basic networks. What We Are Looking For: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, and network infrastructure tasks. • Knowledge of structured cabling (punch-down termination, conduit routing, racks) and CCTV/camera systems. • Residence in Querétaro and availability to work on-site. • Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Systems, Networking, Computer Science, or related field. • Availability to work with 1 day off per week.
