Customer follow-up and after-sales service RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure sales coverage of assigned products and/or inputs in accordance with plans and budgets established by the Commercial Directorate, through customer prospecting and deal closing aligned with company policies, processes, and strategies, aiming to meet the established target.
