We Are Seeking **SYSTEMS ANALYST** What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities? -Document, analyze, and diagnose cases reported by users. -Identify recurring, complex, and high-impact reports. -Update documented solutions in the knowledge base when solution changes occur or when a better customer service practice is identified. -Identify a better customer service practice. -Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and networks). -Follow up on tickets and incidents using management tools. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities Shift Schedule Flexibility Skills: Service-oriented attitude, Effective communication, Achievement orientation, Analytical thinking, Observational skills Education: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, Networks, Systems Support, or related field.
