Description

**HSSE SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field; * Applicable regulations in Health, Safety, and Environment (STPS, OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, SEMARNAT, etc.), as well as identification and processing of permits and authorizations with governmental agencies regarding HSSE matters; * Implementation of indicators to develop programs and procedures aligned with the SAFETY AS A VALUE culture, as well as the integrated management system; * Hazard identification and risk analysis for design, processes, documentation, audit management, as well as development of guidelines and programs; * Knowledge of Job Safety Analysis (JSA). **Key Responsibilities:** * Document and supervise execution of corporate-determined procedures, including health, personal safety, asset security, and environmental plans and programs; * Train and advise on implementation of applicable procedures and best practices that strengthen organizational performance from the perspectives of health, occupational and asset safety, and environmental protection; * Conduct inspections and other site visits to the assigned location to generate action plans mitigating findings and enabling timely follow-up on identified risks, ensuring safe conditions for MITINFRA’s process execution; * Support training campaigns and initiatives promoting commitment and engagement among all MITINFRA stakeholders for procedure implementation, as well as advocacy of preventive best practices and self-care based on SAFETY AS A VALUE. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:30, occasionally including weekends. **Additional Information:** * Biweekly salary payment; * Statutory benefits (IMSS, AFORE, INFONAVIT); * Additional life insurance equivalent to 12 months’ salary.
