Perform store opening and closing procedures according to schedules and instructions provided by direct supervisors, ensuring compliance with requirements established by General Management and/or Mall **Job Responsibilities:** * Carry out store opening and closing procedures, adhering to established protocols and scheduled hours. * Maintain daily attendance records in accordance with current legislation. * Prepare the sales floor daily for customer visits. * Clean the sales floor, stockrooms, and display windows. * Restock missing items, following established merchandising and organization procedures. * Verify product pricing and POP materials in line with current promotions. * Responsible for selling available in-store products to achieve established sales targets. * Provide sales consultation, applying the Samsonite Customer Service Protocol to motivate buyers and convert them into loyal customers whose purchases align with their needs. * Process sales transactions via POS, entering customer data into the loyalty program. * Perform daily cash drawer opening, reconciliation, and closing in accordance with procedures established by the Credit and Collections department. * Make daily deposits of collected funds at the assigned financial institution. * Receive exchanges, returns, and items requiring technical service. * Receive incoming merchandise to ensure adequate in-store product stock levels. * Receive incoming merchandise, carefully verifying items and correct coding against the delivery note. * Enter delivery notes into the POS system and report discrepancies regarding merchandise differences, per established procedures. * Attach security sensors and/or alarm tags to all received products destined for the sales floor. * Verify that products display correct pricing and coding. * Organize products in the stockroom as directed by management. * Conduct cyclical and general inventories as assigned by management **Why You’ll Love Working Here:** **Our Employees Matter.** As a people-centered company, we work hard to provide rewards and development opportunities for our employees, recognizing their performance and cultivating a supportive work environment wherever they are located. **A Vibrant Culture.** We are committed to a diverse and rich culture that welcomes individuals from all professional backgrounds and social circumstances.
