MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS ⦿ Ensure branch staff generate additional sales. ⦿ Create and validate the branch shift schedule with the Zone Manager every Thursday in Culiacán and every Sunday in Navolato. ⦿ Perform store opening and closing procedures. ⦿ Prepare the processed batch report and submit it to Cashiering. ⦿ Serve customers. ⦿ Handle special customer requests without neglecting the initial customer (complaints, specific orders, etc.). ⦿ Review daily compliance with the monthly average ticket target. ⦿ Develop sales growth proposals jointly with the Zone Manager.
