Guarantee execution of store operational processes in accordance with manuals and ARC operational model decisions, ensuring the store operates under excellent conditions—clean, safe, and compliant with health authority requirements. Properly manage center expenses and supplies required for store operational functionality. Ensure proper functioning of store systems and building maintenance. Maintain communication with other company departments as the center’s representative, responding to requests and service needs from both parties. Implement the Annual Team Member Development Plan and provide appropriate follow-up to support professional growth within the company.
