




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise operations, coordinate staff, manage reports, and ensure compliance with processes and regulations in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Manages teams and ensures achievement of objectives. 2. Coordinates activities and monitors key processes. 3. Resolves customer issues and keeps documentation up to date. RESPONSIBILITIES:- • Achieve objectives specified by the Supervisor or Director • Ensure compliance with work guidelines, specifically correct uniform usage and workplace regulations. • Integrate personnel into a training-oriented environment with continuity in the process. • Maintain presence in each area • Monitor and authorize payments, orders, shipments, and product returns—from cashier to Supervisor and Director. • Coordinate weekly schedules according to activities. • Submit weekly activity reports to the supervisor for continuous improvement. • Follow up on new hires. • Resolve and follow up on customer reports. • Keep the inspection folder up to date; ask questions and conduct walkthroughs on inspection days. • Thoroughly understand all processes across each area to provide support to our team whenever prior knowledge is required. • Stay updated on new processes or products; request training to deliver accurate information to the work team. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological High School Diploma 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 24 and 65 years Knowledge: Compliance with regulations, Team Management, Point of Sale, Supervision, Counter Sales Keywords: resident, store manager, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, boutique, store, store, establishment, bazaar, bazaar
