**Join our team!** We are currently seeking: ***Site Locator / Retail Business*** *The purpose of this position is to coordinate and execute the expansion strategy by identifying, analyzing, and managing new locations for\-store openings, ensuring compliance with established standards.* **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in expansion, real estate, or retail * Knowledge of market analysis * Skills in negotiating with landlords (contract signing) * Management of government procedures * Availability for fieldwork and travel * Proficiency in Excel and Google Earth **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Identification and analysis of new commercial locations** * Negotiation and follow-up of lease agreements * Evaluation of commercial and financial viability of locations * Coordination with internal departments (legal, construction, operations) * Tracking store openings and expansion timelines * Preparation of population density reports. * Knowledge of government liaison matters. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive base salary * Opening incentive * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional growth opportunities * Company vehicle Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $20,500\.00 \- $22,500\.00 per month Experience: * negotiating with landlords: 2 years (Preferred) * site location: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
