About the Position
As a Store Supervisor, your primary objective will be to manage and supervise all operational aspects of a store. You will guide your team to ensure consistency in product quality and service excellence; you will serve as the brand ambassador—not only to customers but also to employees. You will support the District Leader in driving key initiatives for the store and act as its voice, providing valuable feedback to the leadership team.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Supervise daily cafeteria operations, ensuring efficiency
Motivate and lead the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensure team members complete the onboarding process timely and correctly
Guarantee adherence to the company’s established standards for preparation and service
Manage inventory (in coordination with the District Leader) and place orders to ensure product availability
Process cash and card payments for products
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure proper cash handling
Resolve issues and effectively address customer needs
Manage store operations (orders, schedules, inventory, etc.)
Key Challenges of the Role
Collaborate closely with the District Leader to ensure clear communication of information to the team and timely implementation of corporate-level initiatives
Maintain an exceptionally high level of operational excellence through supervision and follow-up with team members and the District Leader
Requirements to Apply (Please apply only if you meet all of these criteria)
Experience leading teams in the coffee or food industry (1 year as an assistant manager or manager, or over 3 years as a cafeteria shift supervisor)
Solid knowledge of coffees and service processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong numerical ability to optimally manage cash flow, orders, and inventory
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
Flexibility to relocate between stores
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Experience managing KPIs
