We are looking for: Shift Leader. Monitoring operational protocols as well as providing operators with work tools to ensure proper order assembly and loading. Responsibilities: 1\. Check staff attendance 2\. Verify proper functioning of facilities 3\. Verify proper functioning of work tools assigned to assemblers 4\. Verify correct and complete supply of the fruit, vegetable, grocery, and bulk operations room 5\. Guarantee supplies for daily operations 6\. Inspect product quality, removing waste 7\. Continuously monitor progress of assembled orders and ensure their completion 8\. Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness at the end of the shift Requirements: \- Education level: Associate degree / incomplete bachelor's degree, or high school diploma. \- Previous experience in warehouse supply, food industry preferred \- Excellent handling of perishable goods, refrigerated items, ripening stages, and fresh produce Skills: \- Personnel management (communication, leadership, discipline) \- Excellent verbal communication and strong communication sense \- Proficient in basic mathematics \- Strong sense of urgency \- Results-oriented Location: Establo 275 · Establo 275, Sin Nombre de Col 17, 25290 Saltillo, Coah., Mexico Weekend days off.
