Qualifications: **To be considered for Senior Software Developer, we require the following:*** Bachelors degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with advanced programming curriculum. * 6\+ years industry experience in Software development using an object\-oriented language and developing web\-based applications. * Experience utilizing Agile practices to include Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. * Collaborate with our global engineering teams in central standard time (CST) for agile sprints. * Experience working in a global team\-oriented, collaborative environment, and building effective relationships. * Approachable, respected engineer by both peers and leaders. * Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills. * Be self\-motivated and curious to learn and grow throughout your entire career. * Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgement. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Quiet work environment that supports privacy with strong internet connection to support frequent video and screen sharing for paired programming. * Ability to travel by air and ground.
