Achieving **1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident will become another success story — written together by the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people. **What are we looking for?** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer responsible for the operation, support, and optimization of critical platforms, with a focus on webMethods, Linux, Windows Server, Oracle, networking, perimeter security, and observability using Dynatrace or similar tools. This role ensures high availability, performance, and stability of services, applying ITIL practices and structured methodologies for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. **Key Responsibilities** * Administer and support webMethods platforms (Integration Server, API Gateway, UM). * Manage Linux and Windows servers across production, QA, and DEV environments. * Administer and optimize Oracle databases. * Implement end\-to\-end monitoring with Dynatrace or similar tools. * Knowledge of F5 load balancers (desirable). * Diagnose network and protocol issues (HTTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS). * Manage perimeter security controls (firewalls, WAF, VPN). * Handle incidents under the ITIL framework. * Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa. **Requirements** * \+5 years of infrastructure experience. * Solid experience with webMethods, Linux, Windows, and Oracle. * Knowledge of Dynatrace or other similar application monitoring tools. * Experience in networking, protocols, and troubleshooting. * Basic knowledge of ITIL and incident management. * Engineering or Computer Science degree. **Skills** * Analytical and structured thinking. * Solving complex problems. * Working under pressure. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and continuous improvement. **Performance Indicators** * Service availability. * MTTR and MTTD. * Reduction of recurring incidents. * SLA/OLA compliance. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
