We are an agency with over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with national presence and global clients. We work with recognized brands in their respective sectors; we are passionate about developing marketing strategies for our clients. Our team consists of \+60 people collaborating in a hybrid model across different parts of the country, although our headquarters are located in Querétaro. We seek creative, passionate, results-oriented, proactive individuals with a mindset focused on change, growth, and continuous improvement. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** An ideal candidate is a digital content creation professional with experience in generating and editing social media video. They possess technical knowledge in mobile phone filming and vertical-format editing, understanding the dynamics and trends specific to platforms such as **TikTok and Instagram Reels**. We seek someone capable of conceptualizing, producing, and editing content end-to-end, aligned with each brand’s strategy. They are an active social media user, skilled at identifying trends and transforming them into creative, dynamic, and audience-relevant pieces. A creative, organized, and proactive individual, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively. Demonstrates assertive communication to engage both audiences and talent during shoots to achieve desired outcomes. Delivers attractive, functional, and social-media-optimized content, meeting deadlines and established quality standards. * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience creating video content for social media. * Agency or in-house marketing department experience preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate content shoots (model sourcing, locations, products, and props). Create video content for social media (primarily TikTok and Instagram Reels), aligned with each brand’s digital strategy. Edit audiovisual assets optimized for social platforms, paying attention to pacing, narrative, trends, and formats. Research and analyze social media trends to propose creative and relevant ideas. Adapt content to various formats and guidelines of each platform. Direct talent during filming to ensure naturalness, coherence, and content quality. Ensure timely delivery of recorded content to the department lead.
