Requirements Schedule Availability Willingness to travel Years of Experience Minimum 1 year Experience in asset security, loss prevention, departmental operations, and self-service environments. Job Responsibilities Control and supervision of security personnel. Compliance with security policies and procedures. Reduction of shrinkage and loss prevention. Risk assessment of physical facilities. Personnel turnover control and operational reporting. Required Knowledge Procedures with ministerial authorities and public security agencies. Risk and vulnerability analysis. Asset security and operational strategies. Shrinkage reduction. Skills PC operation and basic tools usage. Conflict resolution. Familiarity with assigned area.
