




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bar Receptionist to provide customer service, handle beverages, and manage inventory, promoting healthy coexistence in a cafeteria and bar environment. Ability to manage groups and resolve conflicts, promoting harmonious coexistence **Job Title: Bar Receptionist** (2 positions) **Work Schedule: Monthly rotating shifts.** Morning shift: Monday to Sunday: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Afternoon shift: Monday to Sunday: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM Day off: Rotating one day per week **Responsibilities:** * Cafeteria and Beverage Area * Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to residents and their guests. * Beverage Handling: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, etc.). MANDATORY * Monitor responsible alcohol consumption, especially during events or weekends. * Inventory control, organization, and proactivity. * Supervise stock levels of supplies, beverages, and utensils. * Regulatory Compliance: Maintain hygiene and sanitation according to standards (washing, food/beverage storage, etc.). * POS System Management: Register consumption, collect payments, and issue receipts. * High-level customer service. * Ability to manage groups and resolve conflicts. * Promote healthy coexistence and proper use of the space. * Prior experience in condominiums, hotels, or private clubs is desirable. **We Offer:** * Salary: $14,0000 \- $17,000 gross monthly \+ monthly sales commission (based on experience) * Statutory Benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $14,000\.00 per month Experience: * Reception or customer service: 2 years (Preferred) * Barista: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
