Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible sales executive to prospect, sell, and maintain an active customer portfolio in the paint and hardware industry. Key Highlights: 1. Maintains an active and well-served customer portfolio We are looking for an enthusiastic sales executive responsible for prospecting new customers, presenting our products, following up on the customer portfolio, and closing sales—ensuring proper delivery of materials and excellent after-sales service. Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Responsibilities: - Customer prospecting and identification - Closing sales and confirming orders - Picking, packing, and delivering materials, ensuring full and undamaged delivery - Following up on orders until proper delivery is confirmed - Maintaining consistent communication with customers to encourage repeat purchases - Addressing customer inquiries or issues - Reporting visits and sales to the company - Maintaining an active and well-served customer portfolio We Offer: - Benefits exceeding statutory requirements starting from the third month - Base salary plus commission structure Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the paint and hardware industry - Willingness to travel - Excellent communication skills - Proactive, responsible, and customer-service-oriented attitude - Ability to negotiate and close sales - Valid driver's license - Flexible availability for working hours If you have sales experience in the paint and hardware industry and seek a growth opportunity with attractive commissions, we want to meet you!. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma Years of experience Languages: Spanish Driver's Licenses: A Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: director, management, government, regency, executive, managing, sales executive, cambaceo, sales
