We are seeking a **Telemarketing Operator** for our Latin America team to help us reach Spanish-speaking audiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build solid relationships with prospective students. Requirements: * Telemarketing sales experience (minimum 1 year). * Spanish language proficiency. * Soft skills and strong communication abilities. * CRM experience. * A highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with a proven sales track record. What you will do: * Contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule sales meetings for the internal sales closing team. * Engage qualified prospects via WhatsApp and phone calls. * Work with CRM. * Identify customers' needs, challenges, and interests, and log them in the CRM. * Achieve monthly goals and targets.
