A well-established company in the industrial maintenance sector is seeking a **Refrigeration Technician.** **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration systems. * Diagnosis of failures and repair of the refrigeration system's electrical components**.** * Knowledge of cold storage chambers. * Knowledge of refrigerant gas charging. * Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of refrigeration equipment. * Advising users on proper equipment operation. * Operation of extractors, refrigerators, cold display cases, beverage coolers, ice cream machines, ice makers, etc. **Personal Skills:** * Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced situations. * Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently. * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines. **Requirements:** * Age between 25 and 45 years. * Technician or Engineer (incomplete or intern) in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electricity, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related fields. * Valid driver’s license; ability to drive manual transmission. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, plus weekend on-call duties as per the established schedule. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $14,000\.00. * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
