Coordination with internal teams and database management. **Junior Recruiter** **Description:** We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter to support the recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. * Strong communication skills and experience managing recruitment processes. * Prior experience in recruitment. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings and manage applications. * Conduct preliminary interviews. * Coordinate with internal teams and maintain the candidate database. **Job Offer: Junior Recruiter** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm **Salary:** $8,000 net **Benefits:** Option to work remotely 1 or 2 days per week after 1 month Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
